5. Due Diligence in Our Supply Chains
We recognize that the greatest risk of modern slavery lies within our supply chain. To mitigate this risk, we:
•Conduct supplier assessments and audits.
•Require all suppliers to agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes specific prohibitions against forced labour, child labour, and exploitative practices.
•Include anti-slavery clauses in contracts with suppliers and service providers.
•Monitor high-risk regions and suppliers more frequently.

6. Risk Assessment and Management
We assess modern slavery risk by considering:
•Geographic location of suppliers.
•Type of labour used in manufacturing processes.
•History of non-compliance in specific industries or suppliers.
Based on this assessment, we allocate resources and auditing efforts appropriately, with heightened scrutiny for high-risk areas.
