Delivery Cost & Delivery Timings:

Minimum cost of delivery for orders is £7.50 which includes vat. *

For orders that require NO print or embroidered finish, please allow up to 5-7 working days delivery.

Orders that require either print or embroidery finish, please discuss delivery expectations when placing any order, and please refer to our Print Price and Embroidery Price at the bottom on the home page for some idea of our finish and delivery time capacity.  We aim to have any bulk order for printed garments within a 10-day time scale and 14 days for any bulk order embroidery garments.

Note: Mascot garments and accessories are imported from Denmark and can take up to 7 to 14 working days from confirmation of order and payment to delivery into the UK. Any finishing applied could add more time, please enquire when ordering products.

Note: Regatta Tactical Threads garments and footwear are non-stock items and have to be ordered in from suppliers, please check with us before making any confirmed order.

Note: Workwear Bundle Packs: We will endeavour to have orders for our Workwear Bundle Packs completed within 10 working days from confirmation of artwork logo approval and payment. If demand far exceeds our expectations, then there may be a slight delay with delivery, if this happens, please understand we are a young and growing company and will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Bundle packs come chosen with a free left chest embroidery up to 10,000 stitches. If your logo is above 10,000 stitches, we will email you with some cost options. If a garment within the bundle pack options becomes out of stock or discontinued at the suppliers, we will replace the missing item (s) as soon as it becomes available or alternatively, replace an item with a like for like option.

Free Nationwide delivery on all orders of £125+vat or more, that require no print or embroidered finish, please allow up to 5-7 working days. **

Free Local delivery on all orders over £75.00 in the following postcodes – L1, L2, L3, L8, L12, L14, L17, L19, L20, L21, L23, L24, L32, L33, L34, L36.

* Mainland UK only, excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Delivery into these regions is £20.00 and delivery could take longer, this additional cost is beyond our control.

** Delivery for non-finished garment and items, the 7 working days is a maximum amount of time, we say this to manage expectations.

Delivery & Returns:

For items requiring no print or embroidery finish, we aim for delivery within 5 to 7 days of order and payment, subject to stock availability within our suppliers.

Weekend orders will be processed on the Monday after any order placed, including Monday Bank Holidays
